The Prize Snap mobile app and prizesnap.co.uk are services of Nubel Digital Ltd, registered in the United Kingdom and trading under company number 12515090. Nubel Digital’s registered office is 1-5 Market Square, Ilfracombe, North Devon, EX34 9AU. Any such reference made in this policy to “Prize Snap”, “us”, “our” or “we” is to Nubel Digital Ltd.
When you interact with Prize Snap through any of its services, Prize Snap may collect or you may provide, certain information from which you are personally identifiable (this information is referred to as personal data) as defined by the Data Protection Act 1998. For the purposes of GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), Prize Snap are the “data controller”, and are responsible for deciding how your personal data is used, how its kept safe and to ensure your data is only used for legitimate purposes.

• Delivering relevant Prize Snap email marketing (to the extent you have not unsubscribed)

• Other aspects of our service delivery, such as hosting our website and processing customer payments
• Our customer reviews and surveys
If personal data is shared with third parties, we will ensure access is limited to a strictly “need to know” basis and is subject to suitable obligations relating to confidentiality and security.
In addition to the above, we may also be required to share your personal data with third parties if required by regulation or law. In such circumstances, we will ensure disclosure is only to the extent required by law.

We will retain your data for as long as you hold an account with us and/or where you are still happy to hear from us about our latest news, products and services. Once you no longer wish to take part in our competitions we may still need to keep hold of your data if there is a legal reason for doing so (such as for tax purposes or where we need to resolve any disputes with you).
Our website may contain links to enable you to visit other websites easily. However, once you have used these links to leave our website, we do not have any control over these external websites and are not responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which you provide whilst visiting such sites. The use of these third-party sites is not governed by this Privacy Policy. You should exercise caution and examine the privacy policies and terms of use applicable to the web sites in question.
When we amend our Privacy Policy, it will be published on the prizesnap.co.uk website. If we make any substantial changes, we may also email you if we feel it is appropriate.
You are entitled to:

• correct or update your personal data, which you can do yourself by logging into your account.
• restrict and erase your personal data.
• object to the processing of your personal data where we are relying on a legitimate interest (as set out in the above table).
If you want to exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the details at the bottom of this page. A fee of £25 to cover administration will be charged to exercise your rights. We may need you to confirm your identity before we proceed with your request if it is not clear who is making the request. Where your request is legitimate, we will always respond within one month (unless there is a legal reason to take longer, such as where your request is particularly complex).
You may get in touch with the ICO (Information Commissioner’s Office) if you are concerned about the way in which we are handling your personal data. However, we would appreciate you speaking with us first if you have any concerns.
You can opt-out of any Prize Snap marketing at any time by using the opt-out function in the relevant marketing email or through the smartphone application. Please note that we may still need to send you service notifications by email, such as advising you of updated terms and conditions or privacy policy.
