By entering the competition via the Service, Entrants are deemed to have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them;
DEFINITIONS
ENTRANT | Any individual who enters the competition/s through the Website, or by post to win the Prize. |
PROMOTERS | Nubel Digital Limited t/a Prize Snap (“the promoter”) is registered in England and Wales (company number: 12183740) that specialises in offering prizes online to be won in accordance with UK gambling regulations. |
COMPETITION | The Competition is a game of skill which entrants may participate in via paid or free entry routes. The competition will close when all entries have been exhausted or the date of closure has been reached. After the competition has closed a winner will be selected at random via one of our external judging companies and the prize associated with the competition will be dispatched to the winner.
The Promoter can operate multiple and concurrent competitions, every competition will have a winning prize. |
QUESTIONS | The Questions which the Entrants must use skill or knowledge to answer correctly (aligned to the answer held by the Promoters) to obtain an opportunity to win the Prize. |
PROMOTION PERIOD | The competition closing date specified on the competition page is final. This may be brought forward in case entries sell out before the draw date. You will be notified by email. |
MAXIMUM NUMBER OF ENTRIES | As stated on each individual competition page. Each competition will close once the maximum number of entries has been reached for the respective competition and a draw date will be announced within 48 hours. The prize(s) may still be awarded at the sole discretion of the Promoter if the number of paid entries at the time of closing the competition does not reach the Maximum Number of Paid Entries, but is nevertheless deemed by the Promoter as sufficient. |
PRIZE | An object of desire, or cash alternative if decided by the promoter. |
WINNER | The Entrant chosen at random on, or after the Closing Date who will receive the Prize in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. |
WALLET | An individual entrant's storage of purchased credits (Coins) to be used on open/active competitions. |
JUDGING | The promoter will use a mixture of third-party providers to randomly select a winner from the given competition to ensure competitions are drawn fairly and without bias.
Smaller competitions may be drawn at random using online tools such as Random.org or Google Random Number Picker. |
THE SERVICE | The service may be accessed by the Entrant via a mobile application (App) and/or Website. |
1.1. All entrants are solely and completely responsible for providing The Promoter with accurate and up to date contact details.
1.2. The Promoter will not be liable in any way for any failure, or inability to make contact with any Entrant due to any errors or inaccuracies in the contact details provided by the Entrants.
1.3. The Entrants and the Promoter recognise that the competitions, the administration and all associated activities are governed by English Law. The Promoter and Entrants recognise that the County, or High Courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the event of any dispute arising out of the competition or its administration.
1.4. Entrants who specifically consent to marketing communications will be entered onto the Promoter’s database for the purpose of conveying information as to the status of their Competition, as well as any future promotions or Competitions offered by the Promoter.
1.5. The Promoter reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any point. All Entrants will be notified of any changes and would have to accept these new changes to be entered into our competitions.
1.6. These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and the Promoter regarding the subject matter of these terms conditions and supersede and replace any other prior and/or contemporaneous agreements, and/or terms and conditions applicable to the subject matter of these terms and conditions.
1.7. By entering a Competition, the Entrant will be deemed to have the legal capacity to do so, you will have read and understood and accepted these terms and conditions and you will be bound by them and by any other requirements set out in any of the Promoter’s related promotional material.
1.8. The total maximum aggregate liability of the Promoter to each Winner shall be limited to the total value of each Prize that has been won by the relevant Winner.
1.9. The total maximum aggregate liability of the Promoter to you shall (if you are not a Winner) be limited to the amount that you have paid to enter Competitions in the first 12 months of you playing any Competition.
1.10. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss suffered or sustained to person or property including, but not limited to, consequential (including economic) loss by reason of any act or omission by the Promoter, or its servants or agents, in connection with the arrangement for supply, or the supply, of any goods by any person to the Prize Winner(s) and, where applicable, to any family/persons accompanying the Winner(s), or in connection with any of the Competitions promoted by the Promoter.
1.11. No responsibility will be accepted by the Promoter for failed, partial or garbled computer transmissions, for any computer, telephone, cable, network, electronic or Internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, availability, for the acts or omissions of any service provider, internet accessibility or availability or for traffic congestion or unauthorised human act, including any errors or mistakes.
1.12. The Entrant hereby agrees that they will only use their account, enter Competitions, and access and/or use the Service in an appropriate and lawful manner. The Entrant will not
1.12.1. receive, access and/or transmit any content which is obscene, pornographic, threatening, racist, menacing, offensive, defamatory, in breach of confidence, in breach of any intellectual property right (including, without limit, copyright) and/or otherwise objectionable and/or unlawful,
1.12.2. knowingly and/or recklessly transmit any content (including, without limit, viruses) through the Service and/or the Promoter’s software and IT systems which will cause, or be likely to cause, (i) detriment and/or harm, in any degree, to the Service, the Promoter’s software and IT systems owned and/or operated by the Promoter and/or others, and/or (ii) loss of and/or damage to data,
1.12.3. hack into, make excessive traffic demands on or cause any impairment of the functions of any computer system, deliver or forward chain letters, "junk mail" of any kind, surveys, contests, pyramid schemes or otherwise engage in any behaviour intended to prevent others from entering Competitions and/or using the Service and/or any other website, and/or which is otherwise likely to damage the reputation and/or business of the Promoter and/or of any third party,
1.12.4. authorise or allow anyone to do 1.11.1 - 1.11.3 above.
1.13. There is no guarantee that the Service will display correctly on all electronic devices.
1.14. If the Promoter fails and/or delays to enforce a provision of the terms and conditions, this failure and/or delay is not a waiver of the Promoter’s right to do so later on.
1.15. The Promoter will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any obligation under these terms and conditions where the delay or failure results from any cause beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, labour disputes or other industrial disturbances, electrical or power outages, utilities or other telecommunication/network failures, earthquake, storms, or other elements of nature, blockages, embargoes, riots, acts or orders of government, acts of terrorism, or war.
1.16. If any provision (or part of a provision) of these terms and conditions is decided by a court of competent jurisdiction to be void and/or unenforceable, that decision will only affect the particular provision (or part of the provision) and will not, in itself, make the other provisions void or unenforceable.
2.1. The competitions are operated by The Promoter.
2.2. The competitions are open to individuals (not businesses) that reside in the UK.
2.3. Employees of The Promoter, their immediate family, or anyone that is connected with the administration of running the competitions cannot participate.
2.4. Multiple Competitions may be operated at the same time by the Promoter and each Competition will have a specific Prize.
2.5. To enter, each Entrant must play a game of skill, usually a question relating to each competition prize.
2.6. Only entrants that answer correctly will be entered into the competition however you will still be charged.
2.7. Each Competition will run for a specified period. Please see each Competition for details of end date (“Promotion Period”).
2.8. When the Maximum Number of Entries and/or the Closing Date is reached, the competition will close.
2.9. The Promoter does not in any way guarantee the value of the Prize, provide a warranty, or guarantee its condition at the time the prize is exchanged with the winning Entrant.
2.10. The Promotion Period of the competition may be amended if the following occurs:
2.10.1. If the competitions tickets have not been exhausted by the expected competition end date, The Promoter will extend for a further 7 days.
2.10.2. If tickets are not exhausted by the specified time or the extended time given, The Promoter will end the competition at the current amount of tickets sold, or extend the competition up to a maximum of 4 times until more/all tickets have been sold.
2.11. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the competition at any time, either before or after tickets have been sold. If the competition is cancelled, the Promoter will return in time any competition fees paid to each Entrant. Where the competition fee is returned, the Promoter shall have no further liability to the Entrant, or to any other person.
2.12. Trademarks, service marks, logos, trade names, source identifiers and/or proprietary designations (“Trademarks”) of the Promoter used on and/or in connection with the Service, the Competitions are trademarks of the Promoter. Trademarks of third parties used on and/or in connection with the Service and the Competition are used for identification purposes only and may be the property of their respective owners.
3.1. All Entrants (including those entering for free) must create an account prior to entering and supply an email address to proceed in the Competition.
3.2. Each Entrant must purchase a ticket or tickets, there will be a maximum number of tickets each entrant may purchase per competition, this will be stated in the details of each competition.
3.3. Ticket options and prices will vary with each competition held by the promoter.
3.4. The number of available tickets available will vary in each competition.
3.5. Each Entrant’s account can have multiple paid tickets to a single competition.
3.6. By entering into the competition, all Entrants acknowledge that their payment for each entry to answer the question and thereby entering the competition does not guarantee in any way that they will win the prize.
3.7. Payment is taken securely via our payment processor. All payment details are held and protected solely by the payment processor.
3.8. All Entries to the competition are final. No refunds will be issued at any time or for any reason unless the Promoter cancels the competition. All funds deposited in the Wallet and all Entries and Postal Entries to any single competition are final and do not represent a withdrawable balance.
3.9. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse or disqualify any incomplete Entry if it has reasonable grounds for believing that an Entrant has contravened any of these terms and conditions, or acted in a way that is reasonably considered by the Promoter to be illegal.
3.10. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into about the result of the competition following the determination of the Winner as described above.
3.11. Each Entrant will receive a confirmation email from The Promoter to confirm their entry in the competition.
3.12. To the extent permitted by applicable law, all Entries become the Promoter’s property and will not be returned.
3.13. Entrants agree that the purchase of digital coins will not be refundable and the usual obligation and requirements under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 act for any online services to be supplied within 30 days will not apply.
4.1. To enter any of our competitions by post you must send a completed official entry form (“Postal Entry”).
4.2. Entrants must have an active account prior to entry; the email address on the form must match their account to which their entry will be added and processed.
4.3. Entrants are limited to one free entry for each competition.
4.4. Postal Entries are limited to one entry form per envelope. In the case of multiple entries received in a single envelope, only one entry form will be processed.
4.5. If the Entrant’s account cannot be identified from the details provided on the Postal Entry, then the competition entry will not be processed.
4.6. Postal Entries without correct and sufficient postage paid will be invalid and will not be considered. Personal and hand deliveries will not be accepted.
4.7. All postal entries must be received before the closing date of the competition, or before the point that the competition sells out; whichever comes first – in order to be entered into the competition. Entries that fail to follow these defined criteria, or that are received after the maximum competition entries have been reached will be deemed void.
4.8. The information required must be handwritten in order to be valid and printed in legible English.

4.10. The availability of a free entry route to enter each Competition means that the Competition does not fall within the definition of a lottery under the Gambling Act 2005 and can be operated legally in Great Britain without any need for a licence.
5.1. Each prize is guaranteed genuine.
5.2. The Promoter does NOT offer any warranty on any of the Prizes in their competitions. Prizes will have the manufacturer’s warranty where applicable.
5.3. No insurance comes with the Prizes and the Promoter is not responsible for the Prize once it has been handed over to the Winner.
5.4. Delivery of the Prize to the Winner’s home address in Great Britain is free.
5.5. The Winner hereby agrees that all Prizes are subject to and are conditional on the terms and conditions of the Promoter, Prize provider, manufacturer and/or supplier and/or anyone that is involved in the provision or delivery of the Prize to the Winner.
5.6. Each Prize must be accepted as awarded and is non-transferable or convertible to other substitutes and cannot be used in conjunction with any other vouchers, offers or discounts, including without limitation any vouchers or offers of the Promoter or other Prize suppliers and/or third parties.
6.1. If the number of Entries to the competition does not meet the maximum number of entries at the closing date, the draw will still go ahead regardless and the prize will be offered as a 70% cash alternative of the total value of ticket sales for that individual competition.
6.2. Details of the competition draw date and time will be confirmed on our Website and/or social media platforms once the competition has been concluded. This decision will be made within 10 days of the close of the Competition.
6.3. All entrants who give a correct quiz response will be entered into the draw. Our competition draws will be conducted by verified independent companies which select a winner at random.
6.4. All competition draws will be shown live on our social media pages for anyone to watch, to ensure a non-biased, fair draw.
6.5. Due to the nature of the selection, there will only be one Winner per Competition.
6.6. In the event that the Promoter closes a Competition early, the Winner will be selected from all valid and eligible Entries received by the Promoter prior to the date of closure, except that the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to close a Competition early without selecting a Winner.
6.7. In the event that a Competition is closed without selecting a Winner, the Promoter will give all Entrants Wallet credits to enable them to replay equivalent Tickets in a subsequent Competition.
7.1. The Promoter will attempt to contact winners of Competitions using the email address provided at the time of registration (or as subsequently updated) and held securely in our database. It is the Entrant’s responsibility to ensure that these details are accurate, up to date and complete. If for any reason Entrants details are taken down, inputted and/or submitted and/or recorded in any way by you incorrectly, the Promoter will not be held responsible for any consequences of this of whatever nature and howsoever arising.
7.2. If for any reason the Promoter is unable to contact a Winner within 14 days (which may be extended at the sole discretion of the Promoter) of the end of a Competition, or the Winner fails for whatever reason or cause to confirm acceptance of the Prize and/or the Winner is disqualified as a result of not complying with or contravening any of these terms and conditions, the Winner hereby agrees that it will immediately, irrevocably and automatically forfeit the Prize and the Prize will remain in the possession and ownership of the Promoter.
7.3. The Winner agrees to allow the Promoter to display their name on the Service in accordance with the Privacy Policy. The first name and town of residence of the Winner will be posted on the Service for the purposes of announcing the Winner of the competition within 24 hours of the Winner being determined.
7.4. The prize will be shipped to the Winner via UK courier or Royal Mail special delivery depending on the value of the item.
7.5. Once the prize is delivered or shipped, the Promoter will not be responsible for any costs or charges.
7.6. The Promoter does not accept returns on any items.
7.7. Under these terms and conditions, the Winner may be asked to have their photo and video taken by the Promoter for promotional purposes (Public Relations and Marketing).
7.8. If the prize has to be shipped to the winner, the winner commits to provide images or videos of the winner opening the prize. These images or videos will be used by online and on social media platforms for promotional purposes.
7.9. The Winner may be required to show proof of identification on delivery of the Prize. Any failure to meet this requirement may result in the Winner being disqualified and the Promoter retaining the Prize.
7.10. The Promoter may, at its absolute and sole discretion, give or make a Prize to a person whom it is satisfied is the duly authorised representative of the Winner acting under a lawfully executed power of attorney or other equivalent authorisation.
7.11. The Promoter hereby reserves the right not give or make a Prize until it is satisfied that (a) the Winner has a validly registered Website account and/or is not in breach of these terms and conditions, (b) any and/or all amounts due or owing by you to the Promoter have been paid in full, (c) the identity of the Winner and his or her entitlement to receive the Prize has been established to the Promoter’s satisfaction (in particular, the Promoter reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity and not to give or make a Prize until satisfied appropriate proof of identity has been provided), and (d) the Promoter may require proof of age to be produced before giving or making a Prize. Prizes will not be given or made to Winners found to be under below the age of 16.
7.12. The Promoter shall use its reasonable endeavours to award the Prize for a Competition to the correct Entrant. If due to reasons of hardware, software or other computer-related failure, or due to human error, the Prize is awarded incorrectly, the Promoter reserves the right to reclaim the Prize and award it to the correct Entrant, at its sole discretion and without admission of liability and the Entrant that has been incorrectly awarded the Prize will immediately at the Entrant’s own cost and expense return it to the Promoter and/or pay the Promoter for that Prize (at the option of the Promoter).
8.1. The Entrant must keep their account secure at all times and ensure steps have been taken to prevent it from being used without the Entrants permission.
8.2. The Entrant must
8.2.1. memorise their password and not disclose it to anyone,
8.2.2. never write their password down (including electronic devices) or record it in a way that can be understood by someone else,
8.2.3. destroy any communications from the Promoter in relation to their password as soon as they have been read,
8.2.4. avoid using easy to guess passwords,
8.2.5. ensure that no-one else (apart from the Entrant) uses their account while their devices are logged on to the App/Website (including by logging on to devices connected through a mobile, Wi-Fi or shared access connection),
8.2.6. The Entrant must log off or exit from their account when not in use, and
8.2.7. keep their password or other access information secret.
8.3. The Entrants password and log in credentials are personal to the Entrant and should not be given to anyone else or used to provide shared access. The Entrant must use a password which is unique to their account and maintain good internet security standards.
8.4. The Entrant must contact the Promoter immediately if they believe, suspect or know that anyone apart from them has used their account and/or given any instruction in relation to it without the Entrants permission, or if they believe, suspect or know someone else knows their password.
8.5. If the Entrant forgets their password, they may reset it by following the instructions on The Service. The Entrant will need to supply and have access to their registered email address.
8.6. The Promoter shall not be responsible and/or liable for any and/or all consequences arising out of and/or relating to any and/or all breaches of this rule 8.5 by the Entrant.
8.7. The Promoter shall not, in any event, be responsible and/or liable for any actions and/or inactions that the Entrant may take and/or consequences that the Entrant may suffer and/or incur as a result of using and/or in connection with The Service.
8.8. If the Entrant notifies their nominated bank (or building society) that their debit card has been used without their permission in relation to a Competition, and the nominated bank (or building society) asks the Promoter to return the relevant amount to the Entrants nominated bank (or building society) account, the Promoter may suspend the said Entrants account and request the Entrant to contact the Promoter. The Promoter accepts no responsibility and will have no liability for any chargebacks.
8.9. The Promoter reserves the right to disable/close the Entrant’s account at any time if the Promoter feels the Entrant is abusing the services, being abusive to other Entrant’s or staff or they have the belief that it is not genuinely the Entrant that is entering.
